If you become a part of our e-newsletter application, as Yenel Tekstil Etiket Matbaacılık San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Yenel Label”), we process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and related legal regulations in a manner compatible with the e-newsletter application you have approved, as a “data controller,” within the framework detailed below.

Method of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data shared with us regarding e-newsletter membership, whether automatically through the e-newsletter membership form on our website, by e-mail, in writing, or verbally, is processed with your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5 of the Law.
Recipients of Your Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer
Your personal data can be transferred within the scope of the personal data processing purposes explained above in accordance with the data transfer provisions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law; to database service providers, real or legal persons from whom services are received, and to authorized institutions and organizations within the limits specified by the Law to perform registration processes in the IYS system for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages and to ensure the safe storage and protection of data, provided that privacy agreements are made.
Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
As data subjects, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law: to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data, and whether this data is used for its intended purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the law, despite being processed in accordance with the law, in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear, to object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your personal data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for the damage you have suffered due to the processing of your personal data unlawfully.

By using secure electronic signature/mobile signature or your previously notified electronic mail address, which is registered in our system, to the address yenel@yeneletiket.com, your request will be evaluated within the shortest time and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be requested from you according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
